Once equipment has been audited, ATI’s specialists perform a multi-tier grading process to categorize each device based on cosmetic appearance, functionality, and market demand. 

Grading Levels: 

• Grade A: Perfect condition; 
  • No screen or case scratches, no dents or chips. Perfect condition / like new 
  • Fully Functional 

• Grade B: Minor Cometic Issues 
  • Signs of use. No noticeable screen scratches. Any scratches on the screen or case must be less than .25”. No screen rash, no glass chips, no case dents. 
  • Fully Functional 

• Grade C: Cosmetic Issues 
  • Heavy Signs of use. Scratches on screen and case must be less than .5”. Case dents cannot exceed .5”. No cracked screens. 
  • Fully Functional 

• Grade D: Heavy Cosmetic Issues 
  • Cracked Screens, large dents.  
  • Fully functional 

• Grade F: 
  • Not functional. Does not power, does not display, non functional ports and buttons.
